This Privacy Policy applies to the RateFlow website and the RateFlow mobile application (together, “RateFlow”). RateFlow is a currency conversion, price lookup, alert, and personal reference tool.

Data we handle

Local preferences Favorites, alerts, recent items, language settings, and cache are stored on your device by default.

Network requests RateFlow fetches exchange rates and price/reference data over the network. Like most internet services, servers may process technical data such as IP address, request time, device type, and error logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Support email If you email us, we use your email address and message content to respond and resolve the issue.

Data we do not request RateFlow does not ask you to provide bank cards, government IDs, account passwords, contacts, photos, microphone access, or precise location.

How we use data

We use the data above to provide currency conversion, price viewing, alerts, favorites, language settings, and basic troubleshooting.

RateFlow does not sell personal data, does not run cross‑app tracking for advertising, and does not build profiles for third‑party marketing.

Third‑party services

RateFlow may rely on third‑party infrastructure and data providers (e.g., hosting, APIs, email, and basic security services) to operate. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

If the app includes optional analytics or crash reporting, it is used to improve stability and performance. The specific providers (if any) may be listed in the app or on the Support page.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, such as using HTTPS connections and limiting access to support mailbox contents.

Retention and deletion

Local data (favorites, alerts, preferences, cache) remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Support emails are retained as needed to address your request.

RateFlow is a general‑audience utility tool and is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly request children to submit personal identity information.
